Bernhard Furniture-Product Review

Bernhardt is a hugely popular furniture manufacturer, mainly because it is widely distributed. You can find Bernhard furniture in most large department stores and big chain furniture stores.

All of Bernhardt products are imported from overseas with the exception of upholstery. The price range is considered mid range. Generally you can get better pricing on Bernhardt from a dealer vs. a designer. A dealer has more invested, i.e., he/she has to stock the inventory and showcase the goods, hence they get better prices. A designer typically has to buy through a store or a trade showroom and usually get designer's pricing--which is not that great by the time it is marked up.

The quality of Bernhardt furniture is decent. We would say it's average. The upholstery is ok for the prices. They are not ultra-luxurious but then again, the prices are not high. 

Bernhardt products include:

-Residential Case goods-this includes all wood products, including bedroom furniture, dining room furniture and occasionals.
-Residential Upholstery-this includes fabric products such as sofas, chairs and chaise.

Bernhard also produces the Martha Stewart furniture collection and Smithsonian Collection. The Martha Stewart collection has some pretty pieces (most of the collection is quite typical though).
