John Charles Designs is a manufacturer of contemporary sofa, sectional, barstool, chairs, ottoman and bench.  The style is very clean-lined and modern.  They have won numerous awards for innovative designs.

We particularly like John Charles fabric selection. They take time sourcing fabrics and it shows.  The only drawback is that fabric is not often stocked and usually cause long production delays.  In those cases, we recommend using your own fabric with John Charles Designs products as they often speed up the lead time (if you send the fabric quickly).  When using your own fabric, it is very important that you provide specific instructions on how it should be applied.

The price point for John Charles is mid to higher range.  We think the benches and the ottomans are priced extremely well.  They are actually our favorite pieces in the lines.  The modular sectional are nice and we love the designs.  They are great for loft-style designs.  We also like the chaise in the collection.  They are very refined and sophisticated.

We like the company because it is still small enough to care about customer service, but big enough to have a wide range of selection to choose from.  We recommend John Charles Designs if you like the modern, contemporary look.
