Nichols and Stone Furniture Company
Nichols and Stone was one of the oldest
American furniture company. It made very good traditional, all-American dining room
furniture, using solid hardwood and hand-finishes.
Unfortunately, in 2008 Nichols and Stone, like many US furniture manufacturers, has fallen on hard time. Their quality
diminished tremendously, as the company was forced to make furniture overseas to cut cost.
As of September 2008, the company was sold to Stickley furniture. At time of this writing, the company is still in a transitional phase. We suggest contacting the company

information. We hope the line will survive, as it is one of the last
few American furniture companies that was great at one time.
