Furniture shipping policy
An estimated in-home delivery charge is included with all
furniture quotes by our dealers. This charge includes the delivery and installation of
your furniture as well as the removal of the packing material. Although
they can only provide an estimate of these charges, they work with these
services every day and their estimates are usually quite accurate. You
will be responsible for directly paying the furniture delivery company
for their services. This payment will be expected by their driver at
the time of delivery.
Your delivery will be scheduled on the first available truck
in your area. The in-home delivery service will confirm the delivery
charges and request that you have payment ready at the time of
delivery. They will accept a cashier’s check or a money order.
It is imperative that you inspect each piece of furniture
while the in-home delivery service is still in your home. Any transit
damage or manufacturer defects must be listed on the original bill of
lading. Return only the unacceptable item(s) and not any companion
pieces. Then contact your dealer immediately for further instructions.
Accessories shipping policy
Most fabrics, accessories, lamps and accent pieces are shipped
from factory stock. When possible, shipments will be made via UPS and
the associated cost will be added to your order.
